[Update] Amendment in SQE1 Assessment Specification (Dispute Resolution)

The SRA made a minor amendment to the Dispute Resolution SQE1 Assessment Specification. They have added wording to trial procedure to include modes of address, court room etiquette and the difference between leading and non-leading questions to bring it in line with the advocacy standards relating to the procedures and processes in Criminal Litigation.
